Ticket Policy

CANCELLATIONS
Cancellations and/or exchanges must be made 24 hours in advance of the reserved show date. TCT will exchange tickets, if available, for another performance of the same show.
INCLEMENT WEATHER/CANCELLATION STATEMENT
Topeka Civic Theatre & Academy and Helen Hocker Theater are committed to producing the highest quality productions for our community and maintaining our published production schedule.
It can be extremely difficult to reschedule performances, therefore it is always preferential to keep our production schedule, even in situations of inclement weather. On the rare occasion that we receive direction from County, City or State officials that it is not safe to travel, performances will be canceled.
Once our staff can safely access our box offices, all patrons will be contacted regarding rebooking their tickets.
Cancellation notices will be posted on the home page of our website, on our social media feeds, and through our TV and radio partners. We will also attempt to inform all patrons impacted via email. To ensure we have your current and correct email address, please check with our box office staff during your next visit.
